Submit Your Catch

This form must be SIGNED & SUBMITTED by a WEIGH MASTER at a Big Cash Snapper Certified Weigh Station within 48 hours of the catch. 

If you have not done so already, IMMEDIATELY text a photo of your fish to a tournament director at 281-932-6803 and/or 832-387-9256

STEP 1: Angler fills out all required information and signs.
STEP 2: Angler fills out snapper information and uploads a photo of the Angler and entire fish on a certified scale at an official Big Cash Snapper Weigh Station. The entire weight on the scale must be clearly visible.
STEP 3: Angler fills out Captain's name (if applicable).
STEP 4: Witness fills out information and signs.
STEP 5: Weigh Master reviews, signs, and submits the completed form.

FINAL TOURNAMENT DAY NOTICE
Fish caught on August 28, 2026 must be weighed at an Official Big Cash Snapper Weigh Station and this completed Official Weigh-In Form must be submitted by 7:00 p.m. CST on August 28, 2026. Forms received after 7:00 p.m. CST on the final tournament day will not be accepted.
